💸 If it says the website is FREE, why am I paying monthly/yearly subscription?
Great question! The website design is totally FREE. You’re not paying thousands like you would with a design agency.
Your subscription mainly covers the essentials which is your domain registration cost (website name, www.yourbusiness.com), hosting cost (keeping your site live), business email cost (e.g.contact@yourbusiness.com) & tech support. Think of it like renting a space on the internet, I'm just not charging you to design it.
💰 Are there any hidden charges?
Nope! Everything included is listed clearly in the plan. If you request something extra (like 3rd-Party Tool, Logo Design / Branding), I’ll give you a heads-up and charges.
🌐 What is domain & hosting?
Domain is your website’s address like www.[yourbusiness].com. It’s what people type in to find you online. Every subscription includes a custom domain (or you can connect your own). Hosting is what keeps your website running and accessible 24/7. It’s the server space where all your site files live.
📧 What is a business email?
A business email is a custom email address that matches your website domain like contact@yourbusiness.com instead of 'yourbusiness@gmail.com'. It looks more professional, builds trust with customers, and helps keep your brand consistent. All plans come with at least one business email account, so you can start sending emails from your own branded address.
🗓 How long does it take to get my website go live?
Most Starter and Pro sites go live within a week or two once I have all your content. Premium sites may take a little longer due to customizations.
📝️ Do I need to provide my own images and text content?
If you have your images and text content ready? Perfect! (you know your business best.) If not, no problem! I can add placeholder text & guide you on what’s needed.
🆕 What if I already have a website or domain?
No problem! I can redesign your existing website, you’ll just need to transfer the domain and hosting over. I’ll handle the techy stuff.
✍️ What kind of revisions are included?
Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds per quarter. These are chances to tweak content, images, or sections.
🔄 Can I upgrade or switch plans later?
Absolutely! If you ever need more pages, features, or support; just let me know and I can upgrade your plan or add things individually with CA $30/hr charges.
🖥️ I'm not tech-savvy, will I get support?
Absolutely. I’ll set everything up and make sure your site stays live. Got a question or need anything? You’ll have tech support included with every plan.
🔧 What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Once you cancel the subscription, the domain & hosting will stop, meaning your website won’t be live online anymore. You can always re-subscribe later or transfer your website elsewhere if needed.
Please note that, the codebase ownership rights are included only with the Premium plan. If you're on Starter or Pro and want your website code to tranafer, a one-time fee applies!
