1. Website Design Is Free, Subscription Is Not

The website design service is 100% free. What you’re paying for is the monthly or yearly subscription, which covers:

Domain registration
Website hosting
Basic tech support
Maintenance and revisions (based on your plan)

2. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your plan.
You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.
Cancelling your plan will deactivate your live site.

3. Codebase Ownership

Full codebase ownership is included only with the Premium plan. If you're on Starter or Pro and want to take your code elsewhere, a one-time fee applies.

4. Revisions & Support

Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds per quarter.
Email/Chat support is available with faster response times for higher-tier plans.
Turnaround time may vary depending on the workload.

5. What’s Not Included

The following may incur extra fees or require a custom quote:

eCommerce setup (Premium only)
3rd-party tool integration (e.g. live chat, payment gateway, surveys)
Advanced custom features
Logo/branding design (Premium only)

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Cancel anytime but no refunds for the current billing period.
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the site is live.

7. Communication

All updates and notifications will be sent to your provided email. Please keep it active and check regularly.

8. Privacy & Data

Your info (like login credentials) is kept strictly confidential.
I will never sell, rent, or misuse your data.

9. Fair Use Policy

All services are provided in good faith. Misuse, excessive requests, or abusive behavior may result in suspension or termination.

10. Service Changes

Plan features and pricing may change. You'll always be notified ahead of time, and existing subscriptions will be treated fairly.
